“ Corvus will forever be my favorite place to get a cortado in the greater Denver area, and while I love their other selections, I have to admit I go for a simple and delicious oat cortado with a single origin espresso and one of their amazing Fox and Raven pastries nearly every time. just something about it hits right every time! while I would recommend everything I tried off their menu so far, their cold brew is also particularly delicious. definitely in my top 3 favorite coffee spots in this area and will miss them immensely if I move away haha! I also love the decor/vibe of all 3 of locations I've been to, and baristas are always so kind! ”
